Float refers to the degree of foot pivot on the pedal. A fixed position (0°) provides efficient pedal travel, but can lead to knee joint injuries, making it more suitable for professional riders. For most riders, a small amount of float (4.5° or more) can be beneficial and prevent injuries, outweighing the slight loss of power transfer efficiency.

Inkesky cleats are not compatible with indoor spinning bikes or Peloton bikes, as they use different pedal styles. However, they are compatible with any 3-hole cycling shoes. The rubber pads on the cleats are designed to prevent slipping when getting off the pedal, not for walking. If you walk more than a few feet, it's recommended to use a cleat cover to avoid wearing down the rubber pads.

The Inkesky bike cleat set for road cycling is compatible with LOOK KEO pedals, including KEO Sprint, KEO Classic 2/3, Look Easy, and KEO 2 Max, as well as Garmin Vector and Assioma power meters. It is not compatible with LOOK KEO Blade carbon, LOOK Delta (ARC), Shimano SPD and SPD-SL, or SPEEDPLAY pedals.

The package includes 2 cleats, 6 washers, 6 screws, and a 4mm hex wrench for installation. The anti-slip design of the rubber grip pads prevents the rider from slipping and wears down much more slowly than hard plastic cleats. To clip in, find the ball of your foot, adjust the toe-in or toe-out, and make sure everything is tight before starting to pedal slowly.
